Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns past 30 days, or returns sent to the manufacturer.

- Customized gift sets
- Hazardous materials
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Used or opened items
- Products returned in damaged condition
- Returns received after 30 days
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit after your return is received.
If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
